While we do utilize tools such as counting macros - the coaching we offer is so much more than that. We focus on long term sustainable habit building that aligns with an individuals goals, and we base this off of an evaluation of 7 different categories. By taking this highly personal and involved approach - your chances for success in maintaining a healthy lifestyle long after working with us are astronomically higher than what you would see with any fad diet, nutrition template or basic macro counting.
About the Founder
Hillary has been in the business of helping people on their fitness and nutrition journeys since 2013. After being diagnosed with PCOS and starting her own personal journey to wellness through education and experience - she saw the need in the community for support and care in this area. Hillary is passionate about helping others feel healthy and confident in their body by showing people what they are capable of with the right tools and habits.
Personal Deets:
Hillary married her high school sweetheart, Jake, at 18 - just two days after they graduated! Together they have three daughters - Addison, Eiley and Sutton (whom they welcomed to the family this last summer on July 4th!). She is a certified nutrition coach through Precision Nutrition and is a former L1 Crossfit Coach and personal trainer through ISAA.
